COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC3600AV1A1J parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the KDV41303 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ITNCEIS01DRM manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KJ3244X1BK1 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand ID16DPT01AID16CIF01DA16B1310001001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trend such as IQ3XCITE16USAULBAC24 equipment made by Trend have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trend products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trend" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KC32225 made by Square-D as well as the popular NDI868110V original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LE0FBD8D by Allen-bradley and IQ3XCITE16USAULBAC24 spares by Trend are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NJ3011200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
